Uses traditional family recipes (both our own and some adopted from others) to produce a wide range of home-style baking, including bread, buns, cinnamon buns, poppyseed loaves, kuchen, cakes, cookies, loaves, pies, squares, tarts, vinarterta, peppernuts, brownies just to name a few.

Started as a home-based business driven out of a desire to accomplish a personal goal and a love of cooking.  Now, Kristen operates out of a District Health inspected facility and using traditional canning and preserving techniques using many traditional and many original recipes.  As a young entrepreneur Kristen preserves and shares traditional values and craftsmanship with her customers.
